Malta-based cryptocurrency exchange Binance is now officially supporting fiat payments via Alipay and WeChat.

Changpeng Zhao, the Co-Founder and CEO at Binance has confirmed the new feature on Twitter.

Back in September, Binance announced support for Koinal, a London-based payment processing, which makes it possible to purchase cryptocurrency on the exchange directly via debit or credit cards issued by Visa or MasterCard.

Last year Alipay, a mobile payment processing service, has gone on to ban accounts that are linked to over-the-counter (OTC) bitcoin (EXANTE: Bitcoin) trading.

Meanwhile, Binance also launched a new p2p trading functionality with BTC, ETH and USDT available for trading against the Chinese Yuan.
