The Blackmoon blockchain platform will start selling GRAM tokens, reports iHodl Russia.

Blackmoon was founded by ex-CEO of Russia's largest social network VK & Telegram Vice President, Ilia Perekopsky.

According to iHodl Russia, GRAM tokens will be listed by the Swiss company Gram Vault, with which Blackmoon has agreed on a partnership. GRAM will reportedly be listed on Blackmoon after Telegram officially launches its own blockchain platform — TON.

Gram Vault operates under Swiss Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AMLA) legislation under the supervision of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).

Blackmoon COO, Sergey Vasin, claims the company believes in the prospects for the Telegram blockchain and plan to do its best to increase liquidity for GRAM.

"Moreover, Blackmoon, due to available resources, will provide users with the opportunity to purchase GRAM via bank cards, which at first will be a unique offer," he added.

Earlier iHodl reported that Telegram's TON network is ready for launch in the third quarter of the year.
