Popular British trading platform eToro has just added support for Tezos (XTZ), the firm announced yesterday.
According to the platform's post on Twitter, the users of the trading platform can now trade the 16th largest cryptocurrency by market cap.
From now on, eToro offers all its users the possibility to trade 15 major cryptocurrencies: bitcoin, ethereum, XRP, Bitcoin Cash, litecoin, Ethereum Classic, Dash, Stellar, NEO, EOS, Cardano, IOTA, ZCash, Tron and Tezos.
Yoni Assia, co-founder and CEO of the company, has said that this listing is an important milestone for eToro, since the token's blockchain is already being used by several banks to launch security tokens, and is part of the company's plans to offer its users as many cryptoassets as possible.
The token has been showing a pretty positive trend recently, as it started to rise last week after Coinbase Pro announced its plans to add the token to its trading platform.
