Financial services company Monex Group, Inc. has the plan to join Libra's list of partners, Reuters Japan reports.
Oki Matsumoto, the Chief Executive of Monex Group, Inc. at a closing meeting on the 26th said that the company is about to join The Libra Association.
It is expected that the decision will be made by the end of September.
Matsumoto highlights there are various possibilities, including cross-border product sales.
Earlier iHodl reported that Huawei's CEO Ren Zhengfei believes China could perfectly develop a cryptocurrency with similar features to Libra's.
