Famous crypto supporter John McAfee was released after four days of confinement in the Dominican Republic.
While the reason for detainment is still unknown, recently McAfee had been warning its followers on Twitter that he might have been chased by the CIA and the FBI agents for alleged tax evasion.

In the meantime, according to the Associated Press, McAfee was arrested on Wednesday on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic along with a group of people of different nationalities.
At press time, the Dominican Republic authorities have not revealed any details.
Earlier McAfee said that he has plans to run for president of the United States in the 2020 election.
