Browser Opera has added support for the leading crypto by market cap bitcoin (EXANTE: BTC.EXANTE) and TRON (TRX).
Now users of Opera's crypto wallet can now send and receive (BTC) and (TRX & TRC10 tokens). It also enables webpages to make transactions with bitcoin, notes an announcement.
Until now, Opera's crypto wallet only supported ethereum (ETH) and other ERC-20-based tokens.
"We are now making it more inclusive by supporting bitcoin and TRON. It’s now safe to say that our browsers are Web 3 ready and that this should be the new standard for all browsers," states the announcement.
Earlier iHodl reported that Opera launched its first blockchain-based browser for iOS called Opera Touch.
