Binance, the world's largest crypto exchange by trading volume, has just launched Binance 2.0, an updated version of its platform that includes, among other improvements, margin trading, company CEO Changpeng Zhao announced through his official Twitter account.
Binance has also reported that during the transition to Binance 2.0, some users might still access the previous version of the platform.
Binance announced its intention to allow margin trading in May. The functionality was offered to a selected number of users on May 31.
Even though the company has announced the feature has been rolled out to all users, some traders claim that they still have not received any invitation, so they are not able to enjoy the option yet.
The platform now offers its users the possibility to trade the following coins with margin: bitcoin, XRP, Binance Coin, TRON and ethereum.
