The CEO of the digital ecosystem Ripple (XRP), Brad Garlinghouse, in a recent interview with Fortune said that he doesn't believe there would be one crypto that rules all, however, he admitted he owns bitcoin (EXANTE: Bitcoin) for a long-term investment perspective.

"I don't think there's gonna be one crypto to rule them [other crypto assets] all. I own bitcoin, I'm long bitcoin. I think Bitcoin is a store of value and people hold it," Garlinghouse said.

Meanwhile, the leading by market cap crypto sees a strong surge within a 24h frame with +10,79% and is trading at $10,883, according to CoinMarketCap.

Earlier, Ripple agreed to enter into a strategic partnership with MoneyGram, one of the world’s largest money transfer companies. The partnership would open Ripple cross-border payment and foreign exchange settlement under MoneyGram’s oversight.
