Thailand’s largest commercial bank, the Siam Commercial Bank (SCB), hints it will soon launch an XRP-based system. According to Invest In Blockchain media, the bank has posted on Twitter the message, which stated that "XRP system will be announced soon."

Siam Commercial Bank was established on 30 January 1907 by royal charter as the first Thai bank. As of June 5, the bank has 3,187.33 billion total assets in THB ($97,8 million).

However, at press time, the bank decided to delete the post.

At press time, ripple (XRP) is trading at $0,40 (+1.38).

Ripple has been conquering the traditional economic market since December 2018. Back then, the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) officially announced the partnership with crypto-related project Ripple (XRP) in order to improve its cross-border payment system.

Back in March, SIX, the largest stock exchange in Switzerland, announced it might list an exchange-traded product (ETP) based on XRP.
