South Korean multinational electronics company, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. plans to expand its blockchain & crypto-related solutions to other Galaxy devices, states BusinessKorea.

The corporation is reportedly planning to cooperate with telecom companies for the integration of distributed ledger-based mobile ID cards. It's worthy to mention that last year the Spanish telecom provider Telefónica signed a partnership with an American “Big Blue” hardware provider IBM to implement blockchain tech solutions.

Chae Won-cheol, the Senior managing director of the Product Strategy Team at Samsung Electronics' Wireless Business Division claims the corporation will lower barriers to new experiences by gradually expanding the number of Galaxy models that support blockchain functions.

Earlier, South Korean multinational conglomerate entered into a partnership with crypto-wallet & gaming platform Enjin Coin (ENJ) to bring Keystore features.
