Cryptocurrency-focused mobile app for storing digital assets Abra has announced a partnership with Plaid, a fintech company, to make it easier for users in the United States to convert USD to crypto by connecting and being able to seamlessly transfer funds to the Abra app.
From now, users are able to convert these cryptos in fiat: 0x (ZRX), augur (REP), basic attentiontoken (BAT), dash (DASH), digibyte (DGB), doge (DOGE), ethereum classic (ETC), golem (GNT), lisk (LSK), neo (NEO), omisego (OMG), qtum (QTUM), status (SNT), stratis (STRAT), TRON (TRN), vertcoin (VTC), and zcash (ZEC).
Abra also supports deposit & withdrawal of bitcoin (BTC), bitcoin cash (BCH), litecoin (LTC) and ethereum (ETH).
The Founder and CEO of Abra, Bill Barhydt, claims the app is taking yet another step closer "toward Abra's vision of democratizing access to financial services" for its hundreds of thousands of customers around the globe.
In March, South Korean multinational conglomerate Samsung entered into a partnership with crypto-wallet & gaming platform Enjin Coin (ENJ) to bring Keystore features.
