Wikileaks has received a boost in donations on its official bitcoin (BTC) address shortly after Ecuador withdrew the asylum of its leader Julian Assange, reports TNW.
According to Blockchain.com, Wikileaks has received a total of 161 donations in BTC.
Besides bitcoin, Wikileaks also accepts donations in anonymous-focused crypto Zcash (ZEC).
Back in 2011, Wikileaks was one of the very first big platforms to start accepting donations in bitcoin.
