South Korea is about to use distributed ledger technology in military sector, states the official press release.
According to the announcement, with blockchain Korea plans to improve the reliability of data in the military industry.
As it states, the implementation of blockchain will reduce the burden of defense companies "by unification of military firearms transportation permit and notification business counter."
In March, the Supreme Prosecutors' Office initiated the creation of the digital task force, which will serve as an investigation headquarters against crypto-related money laundering crimes.
