Justin Sun, TRON founder and CEO, said during an interview with The Crypto Chick on April 6 that he believes the TRON ecosystem will "officially collaborate" with Ethereum this year.
He has said that, in his opinion, "TRON will officially collaborate with ETH already this year". In addition, referring to the Twitter publications made about TRON by ETH creator, Vitalik Buterin, Sun has said that "competition helps to improve products."
TRON CEO also reported that a second layer scalability solution for the TRON network will be launched in the second quarter of the year. According to him, this upgrade will help to increase the performance of the transactions within the network at least by 100 times at the same time it will significantly reduce fees.
It must be noted that Sun had already mentioned this upgrade, known as Sun Network, in the past, however, he did not reveal any release date.
Sun also reported that the TRON-based version of Tether will be launched on April 9. According to him, this new version of the USDT will allow cheaper and faster transactions than the original stablecoin based on the Bitcoin blockchain.
