The world's largest and leading American financial market company, CME Group Inc., has announced the CME bitcoin futures had a record trading day on April 4, surpassing the previous record by 4.2K contracts.

According to the report, on April 4, CME detected an all-high time trading volume of over 22.5K contracts, which is equal to 112.7K bitcoin assets. Last time when bitcoin futures had a massive rally was on February 19, 2019.

At press time, bitcoin (Bitcoin: BITCOIN) is trading at $5,164.20 (+2.70%).

Moreover, according to the latest newsletter shared by blockchain research firm Diar, bitcoin miners' incomes have begun to recover slightly after falling to their lowest levels in 18 months.
