The price of the largest cryptocurrency by market cap has registered a significant increase today.
While yesterday it was trading at around $4,100 throughout the day, this morning it took a significant rise above $4,600, $500 above yesterday's price.
It should be noted that this bullish trend has also been extended to the rest of the market. All top 10 cryptos are registering gains. For example, Bitcoin (EXANTE: Bitcoin) has increased by 12.62% over the last 24 hours, followed by Cardano, which has jumped 11.11%, and Litecoin (LTC/USD), which has risen 10.18%.
Yesterday it was known that Litecoin had doubled its price in the first quarter of the year.
The overall market cap has also risen to almost $160 billion, while the trading volume over the last 24 hours is close to $50 million, well above recent levels.
