American independent investment management company Invesco has launched Blockchain ETF trading on the London Stock Exchange, according to Financial Times.

The fund will reportedly invest in 46 blockchain-related companies, including the cryptocurrency mining chip manufacturer Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing.

As it states, the fund will also be using a proprietary scoring system from Elwood Asset Management to choose companies to invest in.

The head of Elwood Asset Management, Bin Ren, says the company expects "greater application of blockchain technology across a wide range of industries."

Earlier, the Switzerland-based online banking service, Swissquote, announced the launch of its own crypto-focused custody service in March.
