The cryptocurrency exchange Cryptopia, targeted by a hacker-attack last month, published a series of updates on its Twitter account — and disclosed an idea of the losses incurred with the cyber-attack:

We are continuing to work on assessing the impact incurred as a result of the hack in January. Currently, we have calculated that worst case 9.4% of our total holdings was stolen. Please keep an eye on our page for further updates today.
However, Cryptopia did not provide a concrete value of the stolen amount in monetary terms.
Cryptopia was the largest regulated cryptocurrency exchange in New Zealand by the time of the attack. It went offline on January 15th sharing it had suffered a “security breach which resulted in significant losses.”
The crypto exchange did not provide much information since then due to the police investigation underway.
