The VeChain Foundation has launched "VeChain Developer Bounties & Application Development Challenge," which will last until April 18th, 2019.
The total pool of reward is 40 million VET tokens.
According to the announcement, dev teams will be showcased by the Foundation "to various enterprises and funds that are looking to bolster their influence within this space."
The whole challenge is divided into four different sub-challenges:
- Application Idea Hunt;
- VeChainThor Supercharger;
- Developer Academy Bounty;
- Application Development Challenge.
As it states, on April 1st, VeChain will publish a list of applications for community voting. The winner will get 12 million VET tokens, 2nd prize — 8 million, and 3rd prize — 5 million VET.
In addition, the top 5 most voted apps will get the community rewards:
- 1st prize: 5M VET;
- 2nd prize: 4M VET;
- 3rd prize: 3M VET;
- 4th prize: 2M VET;
- 5th prize: 1M VET.
