The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Commissioner Robert J. Jackson Jr., said in an interview with Congressional Quarterly Inc. (CQ), that bitcoin-ETF will sooner or later pass muster at the SEC "despite that agency’s actions to deny all previous efforts."

According to Jackson’s opinion, at least some of the applicants will meet the SEC’s minimum requirement.

"Eventually, do I think someone will satisfy the standards that we’ve laid out there? I hope so, yes, and I think so," Jackson said.

In addition, CQ refers to the fact that in January of 2018, the SEC informed 14 funds about the revocation of their requests to register bitcoin-ETF due to concerns about the regulation of digital assets.
