One of the creators of Ethereum and the founder of ConsenSys, Joseph Lubin, and Cris Conde, financial technology entrepreneur, have been named to the Board of Directors of ErisX, according to the official announcement.
ErisX is a crypto-focused marketplace that aims at the improvement of trading experience in digital assets for both individuals and institutions.
The head of ErisX, Tom Chippas, claims ErisX will "benefit from the unique perspectives they offer and the enthusiasm they bring to the space."
"We also want to thank Cliff for the significant guidance and support he has provided, including helping shape the digital asset spot and regulated futures market," Chippas highlights.
Previously, ErisX closed a round of financing for Series B, managing to raise $27.5 million from such companies like Bitmain, ConsenSys, Fidelity Investments, Nasdaq Ventures, and Monex Group.
Earlier, Lubin sent a letter to the staff of ConsenSys, informing about massive changes in the organization’s work.
