Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange in terms of traded volume, was able to freeze the tokens sent to its wallet by addresses known to be related with the recent hacker attack to Cryptopia, the New Zealand crypto exchange hacked this week.

The total amount lost by Cryptopia remains unconfirmed. However, sources report the loss of at least $3.6 million in cryptocurrency. The exchange is now closed, and has refused to comment any news, as the police is investigating the attack.
