A. Favre & Fils, a Swiss luxury watchmaker with three hundred years of experience, is looking to bridge the traditional Swiss watchmaking with new technologies and innovation: it announced recently that is working on a handcrafted mechanical watch with a built-in crypto-wallet.

The watch will combine a crypto “cold wallet” and “state-of-the-art proprietary security expertise”, based in the blockchain technology, to assure the best security and privacy features possible.
A prototype is already expected for the second quarter of 2019 — and its price might surround $100,000-$153,000, being determined by the model and characteristics.
