The data shows that the unknown bitcoin wallet has relocated all of its funds, which equals to 66,233 BTC on December 3, 2018. Until that time, the wallet had been filling up with a different number of transactions. It’s still unknown who can be the recipient of funds.

In addition, this bitcoin address is considered to be one of the twenty largest BTC addresses from around the world.

Cryptocurrency market is still in red since the bitcoin cash (BCH) hardfork. At press time, bitcoin, the leading cryptocurrency by market capitalization, is trading on cryptocurrency exchanges at $3,891 (-7.14%).

It’s worth noting that previously, Binance transferred 855,937 ETH (approximately $512 million) to an unknown address, though later the CEO of Binance, Changpeng Zhao, said it was part of the plan of the exchange to move its reserves between wallets.

Earlier, ecosystem Bakkt announced it would launch bitcoin futures on January 29, 2019 by New York Stock Exchange’s (NYSE) operator, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). In cryptocurrency community many consider this event as a trigger for a new bitcoin growth.
