According to the official announcement, Binance’s cryptocurrency wallet Trust Wallet has added Korean blockchain project ICON (ICX) to the list of its assets.
Trust Wallet is an open source digital wallet that was acquired by the cryptocurrency exchange Binance in the beginning of August. It's compatible with both ERC20 and ERC223 ethereum tokens, which also includes DEX functions and allows to store more than 20,000 tokens based on the Ethereum network.
As it states, ICON supporters will now have access to ICX asset via the cross-coin digital storage or by importing existing ICX wallet.
ICON is an open source South Korean blockchain-based platform, which aims to create ecosystem that will connect government departments, universities, hospitals, and financial institutions so they could operate with each other with no need of third-party networks.
Earlier, Trust Wallet added support for TRON Foundation, having listed TRON (TRX) coin.
