In Ningbo, China, the governmental system of face recognition has fined a woman for illegally crossing a road while the pedestrian light was red. Later it turned out, that the woman was nothing more than just an advertisement banner on the side of the bus window.

China is far from being a newbie in the matter of using the Artificial Intelligence (AI), since it considered to be one of the leading countries in the world, which use such technology on the governmental level.
