The German company Neufund launches its first Equity Token Offering with a minimum entry threshold of €100,000.
The Neufund platform opens up new opportunities for business owners and small investors. Thanks to Neufund, any company, startup or individual interested in supporting an idea can receive investments to develop their project. In turn, investors who don’t have a lot of money, but who want to invest in promising projects can do it through Neufund.
The first company to start testing the platform on November 27 will be Fifth Force GmbH, the official operator of Neufund.
Neufund reports that it has already placed more than 3,000 investors from 91 countries on the platform. The company also planned 7 ETOs to be implemented over the next few months. It initially announced that the minimum entry threshold for ETO on its platform would be €500. However, for the first ETO, the minimum amount was increased 200 times.
The cost of the Neufund platform grows along with the volume of investments circling on it. The value of the platform is reflected in the NEU token, which participants receive when investing in a project. Therefore, Neufund prospects are directly dependent on the number of customers.
Neufund also announced that Fifth Force will hold the second part of its ETO at the end of 2018 with similar investment conditions and a minimum ticket of €500.
