One of the largest department stores in Venezuela, TRAKI, has started to accept bitcoin (BTC), according to video from the Reddit post.
TRAKI is one of the largest department stores in Venezuela with 30 years of experience. At press time, TRAKI has approximately 49 divisions thorough Venezuela.
A user with a nickname “ImViTo” posted a video on Reddit’s Bitcoin thread, showing that TRAKI was selling school supplies and clothing in exchange for bitcoins.
According to the video, volunteers succeeded to purchase over 800+ items for $260 in BTC.
Earlier, an e-money transfer service Neteller began to accept cryptocurrencies, allowing to hodl an interest in a range of cryptos via its own digital wallet.
