Bilbao, the largest city in the north of Spain, holds a tender of €150,000 to create a Blockchain network for public services.
Municipal authorities want to build a decentralized platform designed for secure data exchange between various government agencies. They want to safely store citizens' data and prevent hacker attacks.
Organizations can apply for participation until November 23. The company that wins the tender should develop the Blockchain network within six months. According to the technical description, the company must build a network similar to EJIE, a digital platform owned by the government of the Basque country. The EJIE works with the JPMorgan Quorum and smart contract platform based on the Ethereum Blockchain.
