BitGo has listed #101 digital asset, gemini dollar (GUSD), to its ERC-20 list of tokens, according to the information on the website.
BitGo is a private blockchain-related company that enables institutional investment in crypto and allows to store cryptocurrencies in its multi-sig digital wallet.
Gemini dollar is a USD-backed stablecoin that is issued by Winklevoss twins' crypto exchange — Gemini.
It’s believed that the reason for GUSD listing was due to the fact BitGo’s clients submitted over a hundred thousand searches for GUSD.
Earlier, BitGo entered into a partnership with a tokenization platform Harbor that is backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Pantera Capital.
