The full-service blockchain tech company Bitfury has acquired crypto company Final Frontier, according to Nasdaq.

Previously, the San Francisco-based company completed an $80 million private placement funding round. Final Frontier is a crypto & blockchain investment company that is based in Crypto Valley of Switzerland.

With this acquisition, Bitfury wants to create institutional services for pro-traders & investors.

The head of Bitfury, Valery Vavilov said:

“This is a groundbreaking partnership between a blockchain technology firm and an experienced team from traditional finance.”

Earlier, there was a report, that Bitfury was looking to hold its first ini­tial pub­lic of­fer­ing (IPO). Doing so, Bit­fury may be­come the first to hold a global IPO for a cryp­to­graphic com­pany in Eu­rope.
