Michael Rodriguez, CTO of Lite.IM has expressed his satisfaction regarding the integration of their wallet with Facebook’s platform:
“It’s pretty huge as the first crypto on Facebook is Litecoin, and this opens the door to a user base of around 2 million people all over the world. It’s also the beginning for us as we have big plans in store.”
Such integration is quite desperate step for Facebook cluding the fact that nearly half of Facebook users of ages from 18 to 29 deleted the social network’s mobile application from their phone in the last year following series of Facebook-related scandals.
