At the New York Times DealBook conference, the head of Google, Sundar Pichai, said his 11-year-old son is mining Ethereum (ETH), using the family’s PC, Business Insider reports.
Pichai said:
“Last week I was at dinner with my son, and I was talking about something about bitcoin, and my son clarified what I was talking about was Ethereum, which is slightly different. He's 11 years old. And he told me he's mining it."
Google CEO also admitted that he did have to explain to his son “how paper money actually works.”
Earlier on July, Google’s Co-Founder Sergey Brin, admitted that he’s immensely interested in cryptocurrencies and that he was mining Ethereum alongside his 10-year-old son.
