The MetaMask developers will release a beta version of the popular Ethereum wallet as a mobile application next year. This became known during the presentation of MetaMask at the Devcon4 conference in Prague.
What's new at @metamask_io? It's coming to mobile in Beta in 2019 and provides a better user-flow. Also offers ENS => IPFS for full decentralization hosting. #Ethereum #Devcon4 pic.twitter.com/WlZlx9oqRC

Sebastien Borget, the co-founder of PIXOWL, said that the application will support the Ethereum Name Service domain name system, which makes it possible to replace long addresses with readable names linked to the .eth domain.
Also, the new software will support peer-to-peer communication protocol IPFS. In September, MetaMask developers added support for hardware Ledger wallets.
