According to the data and report of trusted cybersecurity firm Group-IB, the number of accidents with 51 percent attacks on cryptocurrency projects grows exponentially.
It was also stated that for that moment of 2018, the firm has tracked 5 successful 51 percent attacks which damage is estimated at about $20 million dollars.
Group-IB is a Moscow-based cyber security company that is specializing in the prevention and investigation of cybercrime and high-tech fraud.
