According to the press release of People’s Daily Online, The venture capital subsidiary of the official newspaper of the Communist Party of China (CCP) entered into the partnership in order to create blockchain laboratory.
People’s Capital will be developing a laboratory for technology innovation at the People Capital’s Blockchain Research Institute with Shenzhen-based technology company Xunlei Limited
As it was also stated the partners will research blockchain implementation and build a high-level industrial service platform to organize competitions, seminars, workshops, and promote and identify startups in the blockchain industry.
