Blockchain startup Bloq reportsthat former Fidelity Investments executive Hadley Stern joins the company as its first chief operating officer.
Matthew Roszak, the co-founder of Bloq, called Stern "a fearless innovator."

Prior to joining Bloq, Stern worked at Fidelity Investments. His most recent position is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Fidelity Labs.
