According to the press release of Qtum, cryptocurrency entered into the partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in China. The companies will jointly develop blockchain as a service (BaaS) solutions.
It was also stated that this collaboration will help AWS users to quickly, cheaply and efficiently develop and run their smart contracts using the Amazon Machine Image solution which was created on the Qtum platform.
The Singapore based company Qtum is engaged in developments in the field of the public blockchain. In January 2017, the project received $1 million from investors, and in March raised 5,000 bitcoins on the crowdsale in the first 10 minutes of ICO.
