According to the documents of U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida documents, a new Amended Consolidated Class Action Complaint has been initiated against BitConnect.
Thus, the court united more than 22 different lawsuits against the allegedly fraudulent cryptocurrency scheme BitConnect which include various legal violations, as well as provides an exhaustive overview of what BitConnect was and outlines its history.
As it was also stated earlier, the immigration service of India has detained Divyesh Darji, who presumably headed the promotion of Bitconnect's cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme at the airport in Delhi.
