LINE Corporation, japanese messaging app provider, reported the LINK (LN) tokens can now be used on its BITBOX exchange.
LINE CEO Takeshi Idezawa comments:
“We're very pleased that users are now able to trade LN on BITBOX, which is a major step forward in our plans for creating a token economy. We think it is important to promote co-creation and mutual growth with LINK, while ensuring BITBOX continues to develop as a user-friendly platform that adds value to those who use it and contribute to our services.”
LINE launched the BITBOX cryptocurrency exchanger in July. Now the exchange offers trading with three cryptocurrency assets – Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT). In total, 30 cryptocurrencies are available on the exchange. BITBOX doesn’t offer fiat trading.
LN holders will be able to use their funds in LINE’s decentralized application (DApp), which is currently under development.
