According to the official ABRA announcement, digital currency wallet and cryptocurrency exchange launches a new token called BIT10 that is based on the Bitwise 10 Large Cap Crypto Index.
It is considered that the BIT10 index will give retail investors an opportunity to benefit from the diversification and rebalancing of index investing.
The Bitwise 10 Large Cap Crypto Index was initially created by U.S. company Bitwise Asset Management. The index tracks the ten largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization. Abra is a financial services and technology company that operates an all-in-one cryptocurrency wallet and exchange app.
