For the Next-Gen 10nm ASIC chips of Squire Mining, Samsung and Gaonchips are working together to reveal the prototype of FPGA chip by September 30, Bitcoin.com reports.

Gaonchips will undertake the design and Samsung will overview production in Korea.

The new chip is to mine Bitcoin Cash (EXANTE: BCH.EXANTE), Bitcoin (EXANTE: BTC.EXANTE), and other related cryptocurrencies.

Squire made moves in the crypto industry to establish its place; in August company secured a financing of $25,500,000 CAD ($19.5 million USD). Coingeek also announced their partnership with Squire that week, which will allow the company to sell and distribute the chips exclusively.

Samsung also entered the crypto market this year by manufacturing mining chips for other companies.
