According to Gemeni, the new CTO’s pedigree will facilitate an improvement in the quality of the service provided to users, while also setting high standards for the development of the crypto industry.
Recently, Winklevoss brothers have received a patent for the concept of a cryptocurrency exchange trust fund (ETF). The twins have been trying to launch the bitcoin-ETF since the beginning of 2018. In March, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rejected their offer.
Also a Gemini Block Trading service was launched earlier that would allow the investors to conduct large scale deals ‘around’ the order books in order to minimise market disturbance.
