BlockTower Capital, a Connecticut-based cryptocurrency hedge fund, keeps poaching talent from Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) , Business Insider reports.

Steve Lee, a former Portfolio Manager at Goldman Sachs, recently joined the team as its Director. Lee has more than eight years of experience in the investment banking arena, most of which spent in Goldman Sachs’ Asia offices.

Earlier, the firm welcomed two more executives from Goldman Sachs. Michael Bucella, the former Vice President of the Wall Street giant, joined BlockTower earlier this year as its Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development.

The company also hired Elizabeth Ralston, another former VP at Goldman Sachs, as its Legal and Complicate Director.

BlockTower was started by Matthew Goetz, a former engineer who worked in investment management at Goldman Sachs for 11 years, and Ari Paul, a portfolio manager who oversaw risk at the University of Chicago’s endowment investment office.

Meanwhile, a number of Wall Streeters have also been moving over to the crypto world.

Earlier this month, San Francisco-based cryptocurrency exchange Kraken hired a former Credit Suisse employee Nelson Minier along with Nick Gustafson, another former Senior Vice President at Jefferies Group.

Coinbase, one of the leading cryptocurrency exchange in the US, has attracted a number of ex-New York Stock Exchange employees, including Christine Sandler, the former Head of Sales for NYSE Euronext, and Eric Scro, Head of Finance at NYSE.
