Litecoin (LTC/USD) gained about 7% Tuesday after Korean exchange Korbit said it would support the token starting Wednesday.
Litecoin founder Charlie Lee will personally send LTC to top traders during the first week of trading.
Lee tweeted he would donate 100 coins to promote the exchange.

“It's awesome that one of the oldest Korean exchanges will now support Litecoin. I still remember asking Korbit many years ago,” Lee said.
Korbit said trading will start on April 18, while withdrawals will be open from April 19.
Singapore based blockchain company TenX recently added support for Litecoin on the TenX wallet app for both iOS and Android. It also revealed plans to launch a Litecoin debit card.
