Forbes has named the founder of Telegram Messenger and social network "VKontakte" Pavel Durov a dollar billionaire.
According to Forbes, Telegram with its audience of more than 100 million people is worth at least $ 1 billion.
Pavel Durov previously reported that the number of Telegram had about 10 million users in Russia.
In 2016 Forbes ranked Durov 135th in the list of "200 richest businessmen in Russia."
His fortune was then estimated at $ 600 million. A year later, the founder of VK.com rose in this rating to the 100th place with a fortune of 950 million dollars.
