The EVM sidechain is now available only for testing on the XRPL devnet. Blockchain developers can access it with a cross-chain bridge. It is assumed that the second phase will be launched in early 2023. It will feature a permissionless EVM sidechain and bridge to the XRPL devnet.
The third phase will roll out a permissionless EVM sidechain and bridge to the XRPL mainnet.
