SMBSWAP coin of one of the most anticipated African crypto startups is available for trading on the LATOKEN exchange in pairs with BTC, USDT and ETH.

The future of Real Estate in Africa

The project is created by a team of experienced and successful entrepreneurs from Africa that intend to create a tokenized smart city in Cameroon on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. The city, called SimbCity, will use modern eco-friendly technologies, solar energy power, blockchain and smart-contracts to build a unique place for luxury tourism in Africa. SimbCoin creates a new luxury tourism format by tokenizing real assets and providing low entry threshold for average investors.

SimbCoin Swap (SMBSWAP) Token Utility

Coin owners will be able to buy shares in apartments with them and receive passive income distributed by a smart contract on the blockchain. In addition, through technology and security, SMBSWAP will be able to become a cross-border payment medium in Africa, creating a new digital, economically attractive reality in this dynamically developing region.
