Tech mogul and staunch crypto advocate Mark Cuban has recently expressed concern about the potential impact SEC Chairman Gary Gensler's actions could have on US president Joe Biden's re-election bid.
Speaking at Coinbase's State of Crypto Summit, Cuban suggested that Gensler's actions could "literally cost Joe Biden the election."
This is not the first time Cuban has expressed concern that Gensler and the SEC could hinder Biden's re-election efforts.
In May 2024, Cuban had called for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to take over regulation of cryptocurrencies, claiming that crypto voters would make their voices heard in the 2024 presidential election.
He also warned that a Biden defeat could be attributed to Gensler and the New York SEC.
