Anthony Scaramucci, founder of SkyBridge Capital, has said in Davos that the price of Bitcoin will reach $170,000 next year.
He has noted:
"If bitcoin's at $45,000 on the halving, where it roughly is right now, it'll be $170,000 by mid- to late 2025. [...] Wherever the price is on the day of the halving in April, multiply it by four, and it'll reach that price in the next 18 months."
Scaramucci has said the recent drop in BTC prices below $42,000 is due to the transfer of assets from GBTC investors to the new ETFs recently approved by the SEC.

According to him, the market will need another eight to ten business days to reflect the impact of the new instruments on the price of the asset.
The price of the crypto soared to $48,000 following the approval of 11 spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) last January 11.
